Introduction: em.my events offers two packages for weddings to fit the means and needs of each couple. We know that many DIY brides or couples have an idea of what they want, they just dont know how to make it a reality. As certified wedding planners, we offer a 2 hour consultation session to go over all of the details that may come up in your wedding. We also offer day of services for those couples who want the extra help on their big day. We love making the wedding dreams of our couples come true. There is no detail too big or too small that we wont go the extra mile for to make your day extra special.

Emmy was a huge help as we started our wedding planning. She started with taking our engagement pictures, which turned out beautiful. She was a great resource to point us in the right direction as we didnt know where to begin with the process. She was also available every step of the planning whenever we needed her. The day of the wedding she came prepared for anything that might come up and made the whole day run smoother. My husband and I worked with Emmy for our wedding and we are indebted to her professionalism and quick thinking. Emmy has successfully executed six volleyball tournament fundraisers for the Andrew and Abby Szott Foundation. The foundation provides the Gift of Time that allows one parent to stay home from work full-time to meet the emotional, physical, and medical needs of a child with life-threatening cancer. Emmy is a highly organized and detail oriented person, and her work ethic is superb. She also knows how to have fun in her work demonstrating a sense of humor and creativity. I would readily recommend Emmy for any kind of events.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three flat rate standard event packages, full service, month out, and day of. I also do percentage packages for fundraising and for profit networking events.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a meeting when I am first approached by clients to let them get a feel of me and to see if we are going to be a good fit. I love getting to know my clients and getting a sense of their background and their style so I can make their event special for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of wedding and event planning experience as well as 5 years of tradeshow and conference/meeting planning. I also have my certification from the Association of Bridal Consultants.
