Was an amazing experience. Had a beautiful and professional space. Talked about what I envisioned for the shots before beginning, and allowed me to collaborate in my preferences for the shot. Every couple frames he would show me the shots and asked me what I liked and didn't like, and we'd work off of that. Was quick and efficient, I got eight photos I really liked in under an hour with an outfit change (private dressing room as well). After the meeting, I got my proofs the next day, and once I chose my favorites, I got the final edits the FOLLOWING DAY. In my past experience with photographers it has taken weeks and even months to get the proofs, and then a similar amount of time to get the edits, so I was beyond impressed. Was very flexible and open to new ideas, I would 100% recommend. Only bummer was that his address was wrong on my maps and his sign was still up at the old place, so I stood outside the locked door trying to contact for about 20 minutes before he responded and told me that was the wrong place. Luckily, his new place was right across the street and he walked over to help me find my way.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A single headshot is $175 which includes the session and one retouched digital image. Additional images can be added for $50 each. We'll shoot several images at the shoot and you can pick your favorite(s) for purchase.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really want everyone to feel comfortable before they arrive at my studio. I'll send info on how to find me, what to wear and invite any questions you might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended several photography workshops and courses taught by some of my favorite photographers.
