- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
These vary and are largely built according to the needs of the customer. I do have base pricing, which can be found on my website. For weddings, I like to price according to needs because every couple is different!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down with my couples and learn about their story, how they met, the engagement and what their plans are for their special day. If that doesn't work for a client's busy schedule, I am willing to use other means, whatever works for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal education in computer programming and many applications, such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and anything digital really (been in IT for almost 20 years!) I have also taken many workshops and one on one photography courses in the last 15 years! I care about on going education and learning trends!
