We had a scheduling snafu for the original date/time, but Jim showed up promptly at the rescheduled date/time and made quick work of the job at hand. Just a complete garbage person. He lied and told us that that he was going to show up at noon, messaged and said he was on his way only after we messaged him several time to see where he was, said he was 30 mins out and didn’t message for 2 hours. My wife called and he yelled and swore at her asked her if he was going to have to deal with this shit every time he works with us. He then told my wife that we were immature and that any great contractor gives a window. Jim is a liar, unreliable and just a garbage human being. Stay away. Response to the post below: Here is a screen shot of Jim’s and mine correspondence today notice he said On my way at 1149. And didn’t respond again till 2pm. We were scheduled at 2 he said he wasn’t going to take any jobs to make sure he could cover mine. Jim is an obvious liar. This project was requested last Thursday. Jim is very communicative and flexible. He juggles multiple projects at a time which can make it hard for him to pin down an exact time he will start work. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I typically don't have a standard pricing system being that every job is different and may require different approaches. For some services I do have standard base prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually meet with a customer prior to starting job to view scope of work. During our meet and greet I do a lot of listening to the customer to fully understand their needs and wants. I may ask questions if something seems unclear but I try to put myself in the customers shoes as much as possible to give them the results desired.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Growing up I've always been the guy breaking things down and rebuilding them. As I got older I began to do a lot less breaking and instead creating masterpieces in all forms. To be honest I don't think there is a tool or a piece of equipment i'm not familiar with. Everyone has always called me "The Jack of all trades" because I am skilled in so many areas. I'm an artist at heart so all my work means something unique to me.
