We hired her for cleaning in hour house. We liked the part that she cleaned and she was punctual. However what we did not like is that she took a long break and smoke cigarettes in her car (which was OK) but she charged us for that time too. We had her for 7.5 hours but she did not work the full 7.5 hours and we still paid for that time . Then next issues we had is that she said she can’t cash a check at Walmart and does not have bank account to deposit and wanted us to pay her in PayPal which was fine. But it was a hassle to go through all those complications. After sending the paypment to Her PayPa and she still hasn’t receive the payment where my paypal and bank account cleared the payment. My fiancé was not happy with her work because she did not move any furniture to clean under and behind the couch or tables we had. We won’t be hiring her again.

Monica was on time, actually early but she called first ! Did a great job and very personable and professional. Hard worker and willing to take on any tasks you need done. She will be coming back on a regular basis !
