What a great job!! Couldn't be happier with the decision we made to go with Chester and his crew. We had 3 movers at our home, they got the truck packed up professionally and quickly - but quality was never compromised. Compared to quotes I received from other movers, Chester was by far the most reasonable and got the job done perfectly. Including moving a washer and drier to our new home and taking that set back to our old home. Wow, this is pathetic, now you want leave a review. We moved you on the strength of the county paying for your move. I called you to get any additional information concerning payment and you was rude. You should be humble instead of being disrespectful.
I thought this team did good work but towards the end of the move, they had less focus on perfection and more focus on getting the job done. I get it is exhausting work. The biggest bummer is the fact they broke a dresser and didnt really share what could be done to make it right. When they got to the house with everything, I felt they were sort of done so just had them unload the truck into our garage and we moved (and are still moving) everything into the house. I’m baffled about the dresser. I think it was like that, when it was loaded. It was one of the last thing that was loaded and you guys already took the drawers out, which made the rails flimsy and it looks IKEA made. We could’ve move everything into the house in its designated area, but you guys told us to unload everything in the garage instead. Overall, it was nice working with you guys.
I can't say I would use this company again. It appears several items were stolen or went missing during the move as well as some items being damaged. When I contacted them, it felt like I was being blamed. They did offer a small credit for the damage and missing items.Jan 22, 2018Chester S.'s reply
