- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per visit and it depends on number of pets, type of pets, holiday, etc. I am competitive for the area professional petsitters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a meet and greet to let you meet me and for me to meet your pets and see if it's a good fit, as well as to go over instructions and everything needed for the job. Then, we figure out key situation, how you'd like your updates(if any, I usually do texts or email and pics with every visit), payment, emergency contacts, etc. Lastly finalize the date and times and we're good to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years ago I did dog obedience training with my family dog and so I know how to correctly walk a dog(& not have it walk you), but I abide by whatever obedience the pet owner had set in place, to remain consistent.
