- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends upon the services performed and our goal is to earn lifetime customers. We want to be your partners through all of life's up and downs. We offer a first-year discount to encourage new clients to try our services. Even our standard pricing is typically lower than most national tax franchises and other local business. We keep our overhead low so we can offer the best value to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have new clients come in for a face to face meeting to get to know us. The initial appointment lets us get to know who you are and what kind of needs you have. Some clients simply drop off their paperwork and we do everything by phone or email, but we prefer the personal approach when possible. We find the better we know a client the more we can offer them in the way of advice for future planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of a tax lawyer and a CPA. We do a lot of continuing education on top of our degrees. We are VITA trained on top of our formal educations.
