Chris cooked dinner for a family event. It was fantastic!! Our menu: •Seafood Bisque (I am ruined forever from ordering this at a restaurant because it was phenomenal) •Beef Roulade (so tender, so much flavor, perfectly cooked) with a cherry demi glaze (that I could just eat with a spoon) and truffled mashed potatoes and asparagus (both perfect!) •Triple Layer Mousse Cake (both light and rich, chocolate with a hint of orange…delicious) We sat back, enjoyed our afternoon playing games and chatting while he did all the work, including cleaning my whole kitchen up after. No work for me! I only wish I had taken photos of everything, but we dug in so quick and it was all so delicious I never even thought to stop eating. Thank you Chris! We were so happy with our evening!

Omg!!! My husband birthday and Father’s Day dinner was thee absolute best!!! This experience was enjoyed by us and our guest…the price was reasonable and well worth every penny. Chef Chris was very responsive to any questions I had and changes I needed to make. The taste was beyond restaurant quality and everyone enjoyed it!!! He was a joy to have in our home because I’m not gone lie I was nervous with this being the first time hiring a chef!! We are most definitely planning our next event with Chef Chris!!!

Chris provided exceptional service at my best friend's bachelorette party this past weekend! He created a perfect menu for the theme, came prepared and served us group style. The food was delicious!! He was fun and even heated up coffee and served us! Highly recommend Chris for any private event you are hosting! Thanks for a great time Chris! The bride loved it!

Excellent meal delivered with a personal touch. We had Chris select the menu and he prepared one of his specialties. The beef roulade was amazing. We had one gluten sensitive guest and Rachel prepared a GF layered chocolate cake without compromise. Chris and Rachel were a part of our dinner party which added a lot of fun the event. Chris and Rachel were outstanding! He made sure we had exactly what we wanted and really took care of everything! The food and presentation was fantastic and everyone loved there dinner! They left the kitchen spotless and every dish put away We had a sit down wedding dinner for 10 and never lifted a finger! I would use his service again and highly recommend!!! Thank you for making our wedding dinner perfect!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make pricing easy! We charge $300 for the first two guests. Its then $35/ additional guest for 3 courses or $55/additional guest for 5 courses. (Materials & Labor included.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we go through a simple process with each client. 1) Consultation 2) Quote, contract and Retainer. 3) Invoice remainder. Last Chance to change menu/ guest count. 4) Day of event. Execute. Clean up. Book the next event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of restaraunt experience under my belt. over 100,000 plates touched, nearly 25,000hours with a knife in my hand and over 45,000hrs in professional kitchens. You could say I know my way around the kitchen.
