Hillary Skahan was my boot camp instructor for more than 6 years. While under her guidance, I went from couch potato to running several half marathons! I learned how to properly strength train and eat healthy for energy. I would recommend Hillary to anyone who is looking to improve upon their fitness level and overall healthy lifestyle! She was a pleasure to work with!

I attended Hillary's BootCamp, 3 days a week for several years....till she moved to another state! Hillary would change things up on us to keep our workouts interesting and fun! Very good at focusing on different parts of the body on different days of the week! She is a great motivator and would constantly challenge our group to be better and stronger! She brings positive energy with her to the workouts.....she is very much missed in CA!!

I attended hillarys boot camp for about 6 years.. She kept us all extremely fit, working every muscle group and changing things up constantly to make it fun. She also coached me in preparation for the Boston Marathon. I attribute my success to both her technical and motivational training style. She is an amazing trainer and genuinely caring person.

Hillary Skahan was my trainer for many years (between 5-7). With Hillary as my trainer I reached many personal goals of fitness and wellness. I could do more push-ups, sit ups and I eventually had more endurance and strength. She also encouraged a clean way of eating; offering diet plans and diet challenges. Throughout the years Hillary was continually encouraging and committed; ensuring my form was correct and that I was pushing myself. She was unfailingly punctual and reliable with a plan and a challenging workout in hand. I highly recommend Hillary to train you. You won't be disappointed!

Hillary is a great Personal Trainer! She's just the level of kick in the butt I need to take my fitness up a notch! And not in the Jillian Michael's way, but enough to push me further than what I can do on my own. She doesn't cookie cutter the workouts but personalized them to me and my needs and limitations. Since working with her for the past 5 months, I've noticed changes in my body composition that I was working on my own for 6 years and couldn't achieve! She motivated me beyond the to get to the gym and beyond, that's what I was lacking on my own.
