Introduction: Accomplishing a life-long change is so much more than a 30-day challenge, a fitness DVD or a quick-fix diet. With Trenti Training we bring each person we train sustainable information that will guide each individual into a true lifestyle transformation. Trenti Training is a Christ-centered business that seeks to encourage, direct and remind others we come in contact with of their own unique purpose on this earth. No, that does not mean I will throw Scripture in your face or force a prayer circle on ya! (That would be weird) My job is to simply remind each person I come in contact with of the strength and light we all carry. We are all born with the potential to be well. That is the truth. We may not feel that way at the moment, or believe it’s possible, or maybe there are even some doubts about this process, but I assure you: I’m 100% invested in each person I train. I am all in! Once the brave decision is made to step onto the hard road of change, I will walk along side each client through all the highs and lows of this new fitness journey. I love to see what the body is capable of through discipline. There are so many incredible ways people demonstrate this. Whether that is through running a marathon, gymnastic movements, swimming at dolphin-like speeds, or so many more ways people have put in time to a particular movement, and their bodies become this incredible machine to accomplish these feats. What I love about this field is that no matter what your goal is, a well balanced diet and exercise positively impacts all aspects of life. Sure, it can be tough but the improvement over time becomes inspirational not just to yourself but to others as well. What I love about this work is I can see the change in clients over time. The work isn't redundant and I believe this kind of work causes a ripple effect.

To say Jesse is a great trainer is an understatement. He is amazing! He knows how hard to push me and listens to me when I need to rest a certain muscle group. He has me lifting weights I never thought I could do. He knows what I love doing and so incorporates it into my workouts to make it more fun. I always leave his sessions feeling accomplished and invincible.

I have been working with Trenti for about a month and have dropped 8lbs of fat and gained 2lbs of muscle. Jesse has consistently helped me find the macro levels that allow me to excel in workouts but still drop fat and gain muscle. He is responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend.

Jesse has been a fabulous nutrition coach. His style and approach are encouraging yet accountable. I've had great results with his plan - my workouts feel great, I've PR's all of my lifts and I have continued to gain muscle while losing fat. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone that's looking for a positive and effective change.

I've been working with Jesse for a few months now with my nutrition. He's explanation and leadership through macronutrient placement according to my specific goals has been invaluable. I'm learning so much! Not only that, he's challenged me with a few personal training sessions that have spiced up my workout regiment. He can push me so much harder than I can push myself and he keeps me accountable to the goals I have set. Life happens and it's hard to stay on track, (even with good intentions) but with Jesse in my corner, I'm not just staying on track, I am seeing results!   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I believe accountability is key. With accountability, discipline will develop over time and the results will follow. However, we must keep in mind that losing “X" amount of weight or dropping a certain % of body fat does not guarantee happiness. True change starts with the core of who you are as a person. I do not believe in a duct-tape solution. You have to put in the work day in and day out to see an improvement. Through it all, my goal is that you enjoy the process, develop positive habits that will influence your life forever and be reminded, (with every training session) that I have your best interest. My job is to speak truth and point you to the direction of total body wellness. It’s always your choice, but I will continue to encourage you toward positive growth.
