- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact me to set up a home inspection, I will start researching your current or potential home's location and set up a profile for the property in my computer system. I will arrive a little bit early to our inspection appointment to set up start walking the exterior. While I am inspecting I am able to answer questions while I take photographs and make notes of the home's systems and condition. After our inspection you can expect to see a written report with photos and descriptions of the home in your email box within 24 hours. I can refer you to professionals if there is work that will need to be done as well as provide you with guide you to the right professional if I am unable to completely inspect a specialized system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and licensed through the International Association of Home Inspectors and with the International Building Biology Institute. I am also trained through the EPA's Water Quality Assurance Program
