- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My standard rate is $69 for a 60min session and $99/month for nutrition coaching. However, I offer package options as well... the more we work together, the cheaper the rate :) The amount for the package is due up front, but the sessions never expire. $392 for 8 sessions per month; $236 for 4 sessions per month, and $50 per month nutrition coaching add-on with Personal Training Package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The best first step is normally a quick phone call. This allows us to discuss training location, schedule, and get an initial feel for personality and expectations before we meet in person. If we both feel comfortable moving forward, we will set up our initial consult. During our initial consult we will discuss the details of your personal fitness/nutrition goals, timeline, expectations in more detail, current struggles with progress, etc. A Medical History/Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire will be completed together and baseline assessments will be taken at this time. Depending on goals, these could include skinfold/Inbody measurements, circumference measurements, and functional movement assessments. From here, a personalized program is created especially for YOU and our journey together begins!
