I am not sure what to say. Bigelow asked me to post pictures of the work that needed to be done, and so I did. He quoted me an amount after seeing the photos. He came to the house, and saw the work that needed to be done and said the job was a little bigger than what he said he had seen in the pics. (Though the pics were not misleading in any way) I asked him if we could agree on the price he originally quoted, and he agreed to keep the price the same, and then he got started on the work. The steps were crumbling, and so he applied "cement glue" and said that needed some time to dry and that he would be back. That was like... three weeks ago. I left msgs for him here on Thumbtack and he left a couple of messages telling me he would be back, and then never returned. The last message I left, he never acknowledged. I am disappointed, and my steps are half finished. I think he thought the job was so small that it was a waste of time.

Jamie did a great job with our concrete on our front walkway. He was professional and got it done exactly like we had imagined. We are very happy with the outcome and Jamie was a great value. We would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for some work.

Jamie was very professional to deal with. He is a working owner and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way and always right on time. He fit me into his schedule even though he is extremely busy. Plus the work he and his crew did was outstanding. Will hire Bigelow Concrete again.
