Communication was awful, when I asked if I should just find someone else due to communication problems, I was told I was overreacting due to stress and I didn't need to worry about it, didn't get any type of communication regarding the paperwork I sent in or that he even received it until I asked. No further communication afterwards, didn't find out he cancelled until the night of my rehearsal dinner and him being late already, attempted to call multiple times with no response, finally went on thumbtack to message him and the company responded that he had cancelled and they sent me an email a week prior to my wedding that I never actually received, the event coordinator at my banquet hall saved our wedding by finding me an officiant the night prior who was amazing and responded minutes after we emailed her with our wedding details and already had a speech written and ready with all the things we wanted in it. I would never ever recommend him or thumbtack to anyone ever. I am so dissatisfied and so grateful for the people that saved our wedding the night prior. The whole process was so extremely unprofessional. They should have planned backups for situations like that and should have extremely better communication methods. Absolutely ridiculous. Also to make the couple find an officiant a week prior to their wedding "supposedly"by an email that they never received is absolutely insane and even worse to find out the night prior. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life!
