Before Shie left after the 1st visit she pointed out a grimy sticky area on our stove top that she couldn’t get clean. I had given up cleaning it long ago. She said she would come back the next time with a different cleaning tool. She just left after the 2nd visit and it looks awesome. I can see the stainless steel again!
