- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local moves are done on a per hour per mover basis. Out of state moves are estimated with a rate for drive time. Then an hourly rate for packing, loading, and unloading. Some moves we may put a total and that would be the fixed price. Our pricing includes tax, fuel, and transportation. This way customers aren't alarmed when it's done with hidden charges. All moves are white glove service which would normally include 2 of our movers along with our truck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing what their needs are and where they are going. Planning if they have any unique items such as safes, pool tables, or exercise equipment needing to be moved. Scheduling the best date and time possible for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each new employee is trained by our crew chief with on the job experience. They must work for us for a period of time before they are allowed to drive our truck. This ensures belongings will safely arrive at the destination.
