John at JEM has taken over cleaning for me. In three short cleanings, he has totally outshone our previous cleaner. He is detail oriented and does not leave corners undusted or not mopped as did our previous service. He is prompt and efficient and is extremely professional. He also responds to criticism or suggestions with a "can do," "can learn" attitude. Saying all that means the value is definitely unquestionable. I feel very fortunate to have John attending to our cleaning and highly recommend him.
