- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a provider for many insurance companies and EAPs including Alternatives EAP, Anthem, Beacon/Value Options, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, ComPsych, E4Health, ERS, ESI, GEHA, Healthlink, HMSA, IBH, Magellan, Medicare, MultiPlan, Optum, PHCS, PHCS Savility, TriCare, TriWest, and UHC. If a client does not have an insurance or EAP benefit, the charge is $80 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client will initiate contact with me usually by calling me. I do a short over-the-phone assessment, gather some demographic information, and we schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from UM-St. Louis in 1990. In 1991, I graduated with a Master in Social Work as a Bettie Schroth Johnson Scholar from Washington University. In 1995, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the State of Missouri.
