- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the size and scope of the project discounts are often available. The representative that comes out to go over your project and give you the estimate will always be able to let you know what discounts will apply to your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to set an appointment as soon as possible to come out to your house and discuss the scope and budget of the project you are interested in doing. At this time our representative will educate you about Quality Care Construction and our materials, process, workmanship and pricing and answer all of your questions. We will ensure that you can get the best products available at a price that fits your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installers, sales people, marketing and office staff have worked in the industry for at least 10 years, some as much as 30. Our owner has a degree in Mechanical Engineering Missouri- Rolla where he graduated 4th in his class. We all understand the process of a Home Improvement project and we ensure that your project is performed at 100% satisfaction.
