- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do this because we love it, not as our complete source of income, so we can be very competitive in pricing! Special pricing for non for profit agencies and referral programs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally will send out a preliminary timeline and general questions relating to your event. That is then followed up via phone call and/ or personal visit, depending on time & necessity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a singer, and sound engineer we have a unique way of bringing everything together for the best possible sound, no matter what type of venue you are at!
