- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For qualified client prospects I offer the first 1-hour consultation free so we can both decide if there is a good fit. I only work with a select few clients at a time, so compatibility is important. Standard hourly pricing ranges from $150-250/hour depending on the length of commitment. Discounted pricing available for veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Best practice is to listen more than speak...I will ask you a series of targeted questions in order to understand your style, your challenges and your goals & aspirations. My role is part sounding board, part adviser and part accountability partner. We'll agree up front what outcomes our work together should create, and then keep track of progress along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering and management training at the university level, six years Navy submarine service, and 20 years in private industry including 13 years as a small business owner. I built and sold my company successfully. Extensive studies of human relationships and conflict resolution, and ongoing work to refine and hone those skills.
