James is a nice person and even talked about doing another project for me at a later date until their were issues with the finished project he did for me, and when I called him to express my concerns was met with not my fault and said could come out and spray but that is maintenance a paid for service...how could weeds grow thru contractor grade weed barrier in 15 days...now I have concern that my new 2 pallets of sod installed 1 day after weeds sprayed will now die...I am going to hire a different company for my second project and I am going to file an official complaint with the BBB of Florida...please do your research and be very cautious if you choice this company for your outdoor project needs.

got a request immediately after i posted my project. communicated back and forth a few times, no problem at all. set up the day and time for him to come out so he could give me an estimate. he himself told me he would do this "tomorrow". i said ok. after a couple of hours, i thought "wait, did he really mean tomorrow? coz tomorrow is NYE. let me double check." sent a msg to confirm. so we waited on 12/31, then i got a txt msg telling me that he was confused and was not going to work on 12/31. i was like "then why did not you reply to my msg on thimbtack? as i am pretty capable of thinking ahead and thinking for other people." rescheduled for after the new year. again, after we shuffled our schedule again for this, the guy canceled the appt the next day again. i think we made a 3rd attempt to reschedule, did not work either. i guess some people just do not want to work, which is perfectly fine with me. what is not fine with me is this level of confusion with his own calendar and wasting my time.

This james guy is not good for business. Allways asking for money and the job is not complete. He have the concrete company knocking at my door looking for him cause he wrote a bad check. Trust Me A waist of your time.

We sometimes offer a cash discount and always give 5% off for vets!! Also we have monthly specials that always help the customer achieve their desired projects!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The easiest way to get the project started is to contact the office and set up and get an estimate booked on the calendar. Then we will have one of the sales team come out to give a free estimate decide what the customer needs done and work within their budget making things easy peasy!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the landscaping business since i was a child. From planting plants in my diapers to digging holes during the summer in middle school, I have spent my life enjoying the challenging heat of the Florida sun making Pinellas county a better place one job at a time.
