- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it is very important to establish my process and what is included with my fee with each client. We will first decide on a location to meet for the photoshoot. I love to photograph outdoor during the "Golden Hour" which is the hour before the sun sets. This time is perfect as the sun is low causing there to be less harsh shadows and the client will not be squinting in the photos! If that time does not work for the client, I understand and I am open to meeting at an alternate time depending on the location. Once the photos are edited, they will be available for the client to view and download in their own personal online gallery. I use a contract for every job because this helps to establish a very clear agreement of what is expected between myself and the client.

I graduated with my B.A. in Photography from the University of Central Florida in 2017.
