FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Students typically fall into 2 categories: working for specific short-term goal, such as audition or competition, or working on more long-term vocal development. Short term students' goals are discussed to determine appropriate number of lessons. Payment is expected at time of each lesson. Long-term vocal development students select regular lesson times with monthly payment with allowances for missed lessons based on studio policy, agreed upon before lessons are initiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call discussion to understand the student's background, and goals for lessons. I recommend a trial period of 3-4 lessons for long-term vocal development student to determine if we are a good fit to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
