- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on several factors: travel, time, use of photos for marketing, editing required, equipment and team members required, turn around time, etc. I also offer bundle pricing for events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a question and answer session to make sure I am meeting the needs of each client. We'll then review the specifics for the event including lighting, schedule, timing, punch list of required photos, backdrops, etc. On the day of the event, depending on the type of event, I will arrive between 30-60 minutes early to make sure everything is set up and ready to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in advertising and animation with 20+ years of sales and marketing experience. I have taken hours of courses related to photography and utilize my education and corporate experience to create marketable images that capture the story of the event.
