FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to meet with a customer to go over exactly what they want. It's been my experience that one can never truly give any type of price without seeing the project and meeting the customer. I feel you must be completely confident in me, and that is best facilitated face to face. I honestly don't believe in this whole quick internet quote, a true tradesman understands the need to view first hand the work request. As a customer, this is in your best interest as it gives you the best most ACCURATE pricing. What may seem to be a simple job , probably is but you don't want an unexpected cost increase because the provider has not taken the time to meet with you and discuss, and walk the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with meeting a potential customer, walking the project, putting together a proposal then completing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 yrs in the trades and HIC license
