I use flat rate competitive, pricing with the highest level experience for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Taxes - I have a smooth custom process that I guide you through with video. You'll complete a virtual survey in your client portal, which you have access to ALL year and can store all docs and tax returns. Within 48 hours, you'll get access to a custom checklist with videos to guide you step-by-step through answering the questions for everything that applies to you. As a business owner, if you have records, great upload them. If not, I have step-by-step trainings to help you get all your numbers to me and even learn about the results. You can update the templates, personal balance sheet and other tools and I will help you understand and use them. The you'll get free access to the BUSINESS GROWTH PROGRAM for staying up to date and growing your business in 2018.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MBA, Master's in Accounting, and EA (enrolled agent, which means I can prepare all types of business taxes and taxes for every state).
