- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing has a minimum price of $200 for a base package at 2 hours and goes up dependent upon what is asked for and for what length of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be sure we are a great fit for each other before we move forward. From here I get to know the client and their wants so that our services reflect each client's individual personality. I want to be sure that the client gets everything that is expected out of their event and I always put forth 110% effort to see that we hold up our end of the deal and make it an outstanding experience for all guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer service for 9 years and have really gotten to understand how I can better serve my market. We do not "sell" to our clients. We listen and provide the most accurate interpretation of what our clients expect from our service and discuss what fits in their budget.
