- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first discussion is a pre-coaching intake session where we get to know each other a bit, and get a better understanding of where you are coming from and where you want to go. After that we talk once per week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been helping people improve their lives for a long time. I am a Certified Professional Coach. I am also a certified Project Management Professional -- that sometimes helps as we structure the plan to get you on track.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been helping people improve their lives for a long time. I've seen the enormous value of having a coach. I've worked with and around some of the best in the business. That's part of what got me interested in becoming a Certified Professional Coach.
