Ms Wagner. My sincerest apologies. I try to do a good and complete job, when I clean. I have been doing this work for 30 yrs, mainly because I do like the work I do. When you told me that you would do the stove and refrigerator, no I did not do the kitchen floor. It made no sense to do so, knowing you had cleaning of the two. appliances, so no, I did not do the kitchen floor. As for the blinds, the only blinds that I did not try to clean was the set in the bedroom that was all torn up. I knew management would replace it. I only pulled them up to clean the window and window sill. The other 3 sets of blinds were dusted off, then vacuumed off. These were done, as I did your Windows. I take great pride in my work and would have gladly returned, if you felt I had missed something, since we had been in contact by text anyway. We walked thru, stood in kitchen and bathroom, you made no comment. So I am sorry that you felt displeased about my work. Again my apologies. I do appreciate your feed back, and will try to improve my services. It's been a pleasure working for you.
