Billie's Catering catered all three of our kids' weddings. She and her staff do an absolutely amazing job and the food is delicious. There were over 200 guests at each wedding and the main meals were served in a matter of minutes. They are quick, efficient and very professional. Best of all, Billie stayed in close contact with me throughout each event and helped guide us seamlessly through the dinner, the cake cutting, etc. and she kept the guests well entertained with a variety of yummy appetizers while the wedding parties were taking pictures. She is the best! In addition, I have attended numerous other events served by Billie's Catering and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Billie's Catering for any event - big or small!

Billie catered our 50th High School reunion. It was a fabulous event with five different food stations featuring top quality food choices at each. The carving station had beef tenderloin, fresh turkey and a delicious ham with all the appropriate bread and condiments. The seafood station had scallops wrapped in bacon, steamed shrimp, mini crab cakes and a crab dip. The Pasta station had three different sauces, several types of pasta and each serving was cooked to order. There was also a veggie, cheese and fruit station as well as a dessert station. It was attended by 50 people and everyone raved about the quality of both the food and the service. This is only my most recent experience with Billie's Catering. Each time I have used them they always delivered a high quality product at a reasonable price in a professional manner.

Billie has catered for me both personally and professionally. I cannot say enough on recommending her for your needs. The size of your event is not an issue as she has done both small and large catering jobs for me. Please feel free to contact me at anytime if you would like a personal recommendation. I have been using Billie's catering for 16 years. I am a promoter of special events and have used Billie's service at every one of my events.
Once you book your event with Billie you won't have a problem one. I never worry about the event again. Billie and her staff are punctual and give excellent service. Her products are the very best and presented in an excellent manner.
I always receive compliments on her food, service and quality.
I would never use anyone else but Billie. It gives you such a great feeling knowing once you book Billie you don't have any worries facing you with the catering.
