- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but all prices are flexible based upon the actual needs of the customer, and competition. We strive to provide the best service for the best price in the state. We have been successful at this based upon our 5 star ratings on Yelp, google plus, home advisor, homeyou, and many other places. You won't find a better service for a better price anywhere in the state. That's our commitment, and guaranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always come and offer a free estimate. Once that estimate is negotiated, and accepted, we either immediately do the work, or schedule a convenient time for the customer for completion. We always call on our way, and clean up after our work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained as part of their employment with Junk King, nationwide. There is safety and service training, operations training, and corporate specific training. We ensure that our employees know what they're doing, do it quickly and efficiently, and to the specifics of the customer.
