- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I stand by the ASHI standards of practice and code of ethics as well as the Salt Lake Board of Realtors code of ethics for which I am both a member of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome all clients to join me during the complete Home Inspection. Most clients choose to meet after I have conducted the physical Inspection at which time I take clients on a 45 minute walk through of the home to explain initial findings and answer any questions you may have. After Inspection I will deliver via email a full report with descriptive comments and color photos. this is completed within 24 hours of Inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the 120 class course at the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) headquarters in Chicago. This hands on training is considered the top training school in the country. With this ASHI training combined with my 20 years of construction experience I am well equipped to deliver a professional and thorough Home Inspection.
