- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to see the objectives that the clients wants to achieve. Second is to understand how they are connected to their bodies, such as tightness, pain, injuries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 20 years I either coached, trained, or competed in competitive sports. My certifications include personal training, yoga, martial arts, tennis, rock climbing, and nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always active in sports but never really knew how to cross train with equipment. Most people are not that aware of how easy it is to go into a gym and do more damage than good. So I thought the best way to learn was hire a personal trainer. I really liked the relationship and all the new training techniques.
