Introduction: Koi Fitness and Yoga is a combination of years training Olympic athletes, children, and everyone between. As owner and operator I created fitness magazines and help several companies in the industry reach new levels with clients. Over the years I collected experience and certifications and brought them into a unique design for clients to choose from; strength training, speed and agility, circuit training, group, yoga, martial arts, sports specific, rock climbing, movie stunts, paddle boarding, and much more. Clients are more than, they become friends, people I want to see succeed. My hope is they loose the image complex and enjoy their unique bodies. Health comes from the inside, but nothing makes a person feel more accomplished than when they see a physical change with in themselves.

Michael was an amazing trainer. He had a friendly, personalized approach, but he also knew how to push you to achieve your desired results. He was always changing up our routine to improve our overall fitness, which kept us entertained and on our toes. Workouts with Michael always seemed more like a fun sports practice rather than a boring hour at the gym. His rates are affordable and competitive considering the prices in the personal training market. Overall, Michael comes highly recommended!

Best fitness experience ever!! Not only was he very informative and knowledgable...he made it fun, specific to my needs/wants and he has some of the best tasting and affective meal plans I've ever tried. I gained more understanding about training in three months than all the years I went to the gym. Michael made the training fun but made me work. He is so knowledgeable about so many aspects of training you will find it difficult to find another trainer of his caliber.

Very thoroug all around training. I definitely felt like I was pushed to my limits. I also learned a lot about my body and how important my meals are to my workout. Great coach, I felt very motivated to keep with it, and the results are outstanding!

Excellent training not only for my body but for my mental wellness as well. I was severely injured while skiing and was thought to never be able to ski again. Michael helped me throughout the rehabilitation and training to get me back on the mountain. He not only taught me the correct ways to train but also proper diet and mental health. I now ski every day at an even higher level than previous to my injury and continue to implement the skills I learned from training with Michael.
