Experience now was made worse after getting late night texts that had no right being sent. This was a mistake hiring this pro, I have been working with this pro to have yard done after snow thaw. I had to resend pictures 2x but i know my cell network is well known for reliability and delivery of messages. Wireless Co. name rhythms with horizon. Overall my experience with this pro has gone from bad to worse. Can a customerm j& decline and not be called mean? I was then asked to have face to face like a man, time to run. Then he said he was texting and driving - isn't that illegal? Very disturbing experience. I ORIGINAL-- I am so very thrown off by this non pro. While we were talking about the project I declined quote due to pricing inconsistency. I was professional with pro, politely said no. I declined. Pro was asking me to name my own price a month ago u then changed quote it price that didn't match the job. It was a Medium yard, leaf and pet waste. 2HR job and b price I would not pay. Pro then didn't seem to remember what I requested because his messages sent to me were asking me for tree trimming? Maybe that is why price went up? I asked why then pro said I was mean. MeaMAN? Who does that? I am the nicest guy in the world, heavy tipper even. This all from a company that calls themselves friendly. Leave alone

Luke cleaned up my property, trimmed and removed all debri from shrubs and overgrown trees, removed all weeds. He presented me with multiple options on how to maintain the property so that weeds do not return as spring approaches. We also discussed some long term options for my backyard that is surrounded by trees and due to shading is difficult to grow or maintain greenery. He will be doing further work to lay ground covering and to repair my drip irrigation system. Upon reaching out to Luke to complete the job, he was at my house to provide an estimate within 24 hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The estimate was reasonable and comparable to others received. The job was scheduled and completed within a couple of days. I will definitely hire Luke again in the future.
