Introduction: Services for pets with special needs. Blind, deaf, handicapped. Pets needing supervision after medical procedures. The pet that needs a nanny for short periods of time while recooperating from a traumatic situation. This I decided should be my calling easing the suffering and fear of the precious lives we are so lucky to be blessed with for whatever time we have with them. This decision was made in my own time of need. I want to help when you truly need it as well as any other time you may have a request. Every minute of everyday is reserved for VIP's. Each pet individually assessed and interacted with. Our goal is being the BEST PET we can be

Miss Gina has taken care of my dogs for about 5 years now.I have two special needs dogs ,one is blind the other is a hemophiliac. When I have to go out of town, for any reason, I know I can call her and drop BLUE and LILY off.I know they get excellent care, lots of walks/outside playtime, she follows their special dietary needs, and they love going to visit her. When I drop them off there are lots of wagging tails and when I pick them up they are happy and content. I would recommend Gina Turner a thousand times over. And my furbabies agree

We actually ended up not needing Gina due to some last second change of plans, but her willingness to stay in contact with us, including coming to our house and walking through our pets needs put our minds at ease. We will definitely contact her in the future.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this line of work some 6 yrs ago . I was working for a few years at an engineering co in Lex. Ky. Times were hard and they were down sizing. I got laid off with no hope of returning to the job I found myself needing a job. I was In my early 50's I finally decided to really think about what I would like to do, it was hands down work with the dogs so I commenced trying to break into the industry. Grooming was high on my list so I went to Nash Academy of the Animal Arts and there I began to focus on grooming. Over time and through many changes I have slowly incorporated other ways of spending time with company of my choice. The dogs. Never have I regretted this decision.
