FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a fixed monthly amount agreed upon by you and our company. Outlined in detail in our proposal. Due to the nature of our pricing, the exact amount comes only from knowing your details. However, we have monthly bookkeeping and monthly payroll, both separately starting from $99/month ($80/month for single employee payroll). For example, the items below are some of the factors that determine pricing of our services. The more bundled they are, the more you benefit as well as save. Bookkeeping: Reconciliation (Amount of Transactions per Month) Accounts Payable Management (Amount of Bills) Accounts Receivable Management (Amount of Invoices) General Ledger Management with Reporting (Annual Revenue) Payroll: Intuit Payroll (Using our program and integrating it with yours) Gusto Payroll Assisted Payroll (Using your existing payroll program) ADP Payroll (With or without HR?) Benefit Management All payroll option pricing relies heavily on the amount of employees, frequency of pay, and our involvement. Included is a virtual or actual face-to-face review that we conduct quarterly. It keeps us current on where you are, where you want to be, and how we can help get you there. It also allows us to adjust the services, including pricing, to reflect on your needs.
