I had Chris grade a portion of my yard to make way for a pad for a shed. The site needed to be level. He was quick and efficient and the job was done perfectly. The shed installers didn't need to shim the base at all. He also went above and beyond in helping me move a sprinkler line to ensure I wouldn't have issues with it once the shed was in place. He has a good eye for detail and aesthetics. He suggested I place the removed dirt on another corner of the yard, creating a curved burm, which I can plant some trees and flowers on. I will definitely have him come back to help with tree/plant selection and placement in the spring.

Chris is professional. He was on time. He had good ideas. He brought in the right size team to completely demolish and remove overgrown landscaping in my backyard. He was skilled with both machinery and by hand. Our rockwall turned out great. I feel like our rates were fair. Glad we hired him.

Chris has been awesome to work with. He gave a quote very quickly and was able to schedule an in-person consult right away. He always responds to communication quickly and kept me informed throughout the project. We are doing our whole backyard and knew we wanted to do some of the work ourselves to save money. Chris was more than happy to work with us on this. He gave us an itemized quote and let us tell him exactly which parts of it we wanted him to do. His pricing is very competitive (lower than any other quotes we got) but the level of professionalism is unparalleled. We’ve already recommended him to friends. Don’t hesitate to hire him! You won’t be disappointed!

Chris was easy to work with and schedule. He and his crew worked efficiently and fast, and let me know if anything changed or what some additional work would cost. I would recommend him!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types from individual homeowners, landlords, house flippers, and real estate developers or general contractors.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It is always helpful to do a little research and have some ideas about what you're going for. It's not necessary but it does allow me to follow up with questions of my own to make sure you are getting what you expect before we ever start.
