Ethan and team were great to work with. He came through for our corporate event on very short notice, and the food was tasty. My only reason for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that they have a "$1000 minimum" requirement that both limited our buffet item choices, and caused the rate per person to be more than we wanted - especially in light of the limited buffet choices. His site's prices per person (and menu options) are apparently only for parties of 100 or more. We had a party of 30. He was reasonable and did knock $100 off of his minimum for us, so all was well. Other than that, our experience was excellent. They are timely and professional, and the food tasted great. Would definitely recommend.

Rockwell Catering is hands down the best caterer in the state of Utah. Ethan is an amazing chef with the absolute best food and most delicious menu offerings. The staff is professional and attentive and the presentation is always gorgeous and guaranteed to please. I've been to several events catered by Rockwell and left well fed and impressed every single time. If you love delicious food and are looking to hire a caterer who truly cares about what YOU want, Rockwell is the way to go. Support small businesses!

Working with Rockwell Catering and Events was a breeze! The owner, Ethan Ingram, was so personable and easy to work with. He listened to all of our requirements and when I got really specific/nit picky about little things that wouldn't have mattered to anyone but me, Ethan listened and made the changes I asked for quickly! The food he makes is amazing and the tasting that we had with him before booking anything was so professional. I highly, HIGHLY recommend booking any catering that you need done through Rockwell Catering and Events. Big or small events - you won't be disappointed. Two thumbs up!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rockwell Catering and Events is owned by Chef Ethan Ingram. Ethan grew up working for his family’s catering business in Southern California. He is no stranger to the kitchen dish duty or the front-of-the-house presentation. Ethan has spent years working in kitchens throughout Utah and California including Rio Tinto Stadium. He was lucky to train under Chef Michael Reyes in Los Angeles. But his true passion lies with producing delicious events that run smoothly and make everyone happy.

We are experienced in corporate events along with private events and wedding receptions.
