Josh was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. He always answered his phone no matter what time he called. We got a great deal on our house and knew everything about the area that we needed to know. I would highly recommended if you’re looking at selling or buying a house.

Josh is an excellent realtor. There's was absolutely no pressure and he always made sure all my questions were answered. He didn't have me sign any contract until I wanted to put an offer on my now current home. I definitely recommend him if you're looking to sell or purchase a home.
