- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have hourly rates based on needs of our clients. We do provide specific packaging and pricing after we meet and discuss with clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a request for a bid or customer referrals and set an appointment to meet to learn more about the needs and wants. We then follow up with client and then provide a proposal for services. We love to meet with our clients via in person, online via text or email. Personal Service is a MUST!
