What keeps me going is the end results we get, where after all the marketing efforts (and $!!) that we put in, being able to surprise our sellers that their home sold for more than they were planning on is extremely rewarding. It's not just the money. It's what the extra money can help the homeowner DO.
When working with buyers, I love sifting through all the homes that are out there, finding The One, and then negotiating my butt off to get it for the buyer. The satisfaction that I get seeing the excitement in our buyers when we hand them the keys to the home makes it all worth it.

Dustin helped me out when I needed to sell my rental property. I was highly stressed out and he helped me sell the home in two weeks. He is a state of the art realtor, which is awesome. If you text him, within about 30 minutes he text messages you back with an answer. Even if it was me saying, I can't make an appointment because of my work schedule can you let someone into do the appraisal, to clean, to do repairs etc he was there for anything I needed. He even got his hands dirty by helping to clean off my gutter in the front of the house, which was something I missed. If I need a realtor in the future I will be sure to give him a call, before anyone else. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling. Thanks again the Sharp's

My home was in short sale for over 4 years. The bank kept delaying the paperwork and not approving the sale. I decided to give it one last go and hired Dustin. Within a few short months he was able to get the bank to approve the loan and we were able to finally sell the home. Dustin proved to be tenacious in his efforts to close on the home. He was able to do in a few months what took other agents 4 years. I would definitely work with him again.

He did an amazing job. First day set up a wide variety of houses to see just for us to give pros and cons. He took that list and applied it to every other showing until we found exactly what we wanted. Hands down the easiest time looking for my first home.

Dustin was great to work with. We didn't know the city at all, and he helped us figure out what neighborhoods to look in and why. Very easy-going, while also confident, effective, and efficient.
