- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For bookkeeping, the start up is fairly simple. Most books follow a standard process of A/P, A/R, Payroll, and balance sheet reconciliations. We would have an initial call to understand the business and how communication in each of these items is transferred to accounting, then we would take the work and get to it!
