Dunmore Electric came out and looked at my ceiling fan, started taking apart and said he would come back on sat to replace it. When i texted, called, etc no answer or response. I gave him till tonight wed may 16th to respond still nothing. Poor professionalism to take someones fan apart and and then not call back or say he is to busy or anything. I work in the roofing industry and communication is everything. I would not hire him to do any electrical anything in my home as he does not respond.May 17, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to First Look at the job through invitation, assess the job with our bid Department, then give the customer a good competitive bid. When/if we're awarded the project we obviously get it done in the time parameters the customer sets for us. then we final bill at the end of final completion and approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a master electrical license. Received through the National Joint Apprenticeship Training and undergrad in business.
