Introduction: I have a Bachelors in Piano Performance from the University of Utah, where I studied with Dr. Ning Liu, the piano director. I have over 10 years experience with all ages, from young children through adults. I teach note reading, ear training, arranging, composing, music theory, technique, performance pieces and music history. I love discovering different learning styles for each students, and helping teach music is what I love! I like to find music that suits each students preferred style and skill level so they love what they are learning.

Nicole's lessons are the best! She has a huge piano that's great for lessons and is flexible with scheduling. With Nicole's lessons I feel that I am making a lot of technical progress each week, but am also enjoying playing more and more. She's a more than qualified muscician, but more importantly an equally talented teacher. You'll look forward lessons if you go with Nicole!

Nicole is amazing! I have truly enjoyed lessons from her. She matches the pace at which you are as a student. She has made me feel very comfortable getting back to playing piano. She is very down to earth and really tweaks the lessons based upon you as the student. :) I am very happy with her as my teacher.

Nicole is a thoughtful teacher that meets you where you are. My first lesson was free and we spent it assessing my current skill level. By my second lesson, Nicole had a personalized approach planned out for me specifically. I especially appreciated this as an adult student who dreaded being bored to tears using lesson tools designed for children. Nicole has also been very responsive and helpful outside of my formal lessons, answering questions promptly and thoroughly when I have them. I am definitely getting my money's worth, and I highly recommend Nicole!

Nicole was very nice and my daughter liked her. She was inconsistent with scheduling and plans/lessened we cancelled, changed or even once no show (at her hone). She was more expensive than other teachers but quality/professionalism did not match.

Unfortunately this was during the pandemic and now that it’s 2022, some time has gone by… Quality and professionalism have been amazing now that we can meet people without a mandatory 6 feet distance if you still want lessons I’m happy to schedule it.
