My business partner originally met Daniel in San Diego at a Magento Developers and Business Owners event. He made a great expression there and my partner talked to him afterwards and hired him to assist with a complex problem we were having with our Magento setup at the time. He was able to fix that and he has been our number one developer since. He has been servicing our Magento E-Commerce site since. Two years ago, we started an import/export company and UTWS designed that website for us. Everything has been excellent. UT Web Solutions has designed the main website, as well as all of our sister company websites. They have been working great with our marketing department for the last three years. I believe that have redesigned all 6 websites of the company now. Their design team thinks in terms of marketing and conversion and stays focused on the practical improvements that bring realistic results instead of just making the website look modern, which is the problem we had with our last web design company. We have been very happy with them and they are currently working on a mobile application for our business.

Back when their business was much smaller, Daniel redesigned our website about six years ago. They have since been maintaining that website. They designed another website for me in summer 2016, which was a success. The new company and its website was sold through a business broker successfully recently. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees, ever! We offer both one-time setup fee plans and monthly subscription fees. Ask me about your pricing options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an intro phone call or meetup, if needed, an online or in-person demo session is scheduled. Once all questions are answered and the client is ready to move forward, a standard contract with the project description is sent out to be signed through DocuSign. 50% of the project cost is due at the time of signing the contract. The remaining 50% becomes due after project completion and client's approval.
