FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Be forewarned that, with all due respect, I do not haggle. The package price is non-negotiable, unless otherwise stated. That being said, I understand that I am rendering a service that you are paying for, and I fully intend to provide value that is worth the cost. If you're unsatisfied, I am always willing to have a conversation with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are two things that are of utmost importance when starting out - your personality, and your vision. Knowing what you want out of your photos stylistically and how to pull that out of the situation at hand is what it's all about. Have some examples and style references for me - maybe even make a playlist to listen to while we're working!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides hours upon hours of practice in my spare time, I do all of my company portraits, have worked in a print shop taking passports (and memorizing rules and specifications), and have studied under multiple seasoned, professional mentors, all of whom I still lean on for advice today.
