Working with the elderly, and those with special needs I strive for the best quality and best outcome when it comes to using food for comfort, healing, and overall wellness. Food can also be used to take the patron on a journey, this has also led me to be employed all over the city at hotels and restaurants to help paint the picture for the perfect ending for anniversaries, special dates, or a great night out with friends. Adam is a wonderful chef and great to work with! His unique flavor combinations bring so much to the table (pun totally intended). He is also able to work with any and all dietary needs while still delivering delicious food we were talking about for days afterwards.
