- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and fair within the context of industry standards. We don't intentionally "up charge" our customers and there is no "hidden fees."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every customer like they are a "new" customer, regardless if they are a first time customer or a repeat customer! We also offer free estimates as advertised on our flyers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From a business standpoint, we owned a previous business in which our customers were predominately satisfied with our professionalism and workmanship. It is now transferring into our professional cleaning business.
